LSSI TECHNOLOGIES
Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026
Scope
This policy explains how LSSI Technologies (“LSSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through LSSITech.com, customer and partner portals, online purchasing, support, employment inquiries, demonstrations, account administration, and related communications. It does not replace a separate customer, partner, employment, or services agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including name, business contact information, organization, facility, account and membership details, inquiry and support content, order and quote information, employment inquiry information, and documents you choose to provide. Portal activity may include organization, site, installed-system, support, order, training, and document-access records.
We also receive authentication identifiers and verified identity claims from Microsoft identity services. Our systems may collect routine device, browser, IP address, request, security, cookie, and diagnostic information. Payment processors provide transaction status, tokens, and limited payment metadata; LSSI does not store raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the website and portals; verify identity and organization membership; respond to inquiries; schedule demonstrations; process support, quotes, orders, and payments; deliver private documents; administer partner and customer relationships; evaluate employment inquiries; prevent misuse; troubleshoot errors; maintain records; comply with law; and improve our services.
How we share information
We share information with service providers when needed to operate the service, including Microsoft identity, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, PostgreSQL hosting and backup providers, Stripe, monitoring providers, and professional advisers. We may share information with manufacturers, subcontractors, carriers, or integration partners when necessary to fulfill a request or agreement. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
LSSI does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, organization and facility selection, and application preferences. If optional analytics are enabled, they will be used to understand site performance and usage. Browser settings may limit cookies, but essential portal functions may then be unavailable.
Private files and security
Private customer and partner files are stored through Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive, with metadata and authorization relationships stored in PostgreSQL. LSSITech.com checks the authenticated user’s organization access before file delivery. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain operational and transaction records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable agreement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about its use, by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or a legitimate business obligation. Account membership and role changes require LSSI or an authorized organization administrator; matching an email domain alone does not grant access.
Patient information, emergencies, and children
Ordinary website and portal forms are not intended for patient protected health information (PHI). Do not submit PHI unless LSSI has expressly authorized a suitable workflow under an applicable agreement. LSSITech.com is not an emergency-response channel; contact emergency services and follow the applicable facility procedures for urgent or life-safety events. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the privacy request workflow for [email protected] or mailed to LSSI Technologies, 2550 Boyce Plaza Road, Suite 204, Pittsburgh, PA 15241.
