Terms of Use and Online Sales Terms

These Terms govern your use of LSSITech.com, its customer and partner portals, online requests, catalog, ordering, and payment functions. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. You must be legally able and authorized to bind that organization. Separate signed agreements, quotes, statements of work, purchase orders accepted by LSSI, manufacturer terms, and partner agreements control if they conflict with these Terms.

You are responsible for protecting your identity-provider account and for activity under your portal session. Access is based on an approved organization membership and assigned role; an email-domain match does not grant access. Notify LSSI promptly of suspected unauthorized access or changes to authorized users. You may not access another organization’s data or attempt to bypass authorization controls.

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service; probe or defeat security; upload malicious code; scrape or copy protected portal content at scale; impersonate another person; submit false information; infringe rights; or use the site as an emergency-response channel. Ordinary forms must not be used to submit patient PHI unless LSSI has expressly authorized a suitable workflow under a separate agreement.

Catalog availability and displayed information may change. A submitted order, quote request, or payment authorization is an offer and does not obligate LSSI until LSSI accepts it. LSSI may request compatibility, site, tax, shipping, credit, or scope information before acceptance. Quote-only and project-specific items require written LSSI pricing. Errors may be corrected before acceptance, and unavailable or incompatible items may be declined.

Prices specifically displayed for an authorized account or stated in an accepted quote apply to the identified items and scope. Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other disclosed charges may be added. Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted or tokenized services. LSSI does not collect or store raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials. Payment is complete only after verified server-side confirmation from the processor.

Business-policy review: LSSI has not supplied universal website return, refund, cancellation, shipping-time, or restocking policies. Those matters are therefore governed by the accepted quote, order confirmation, manufacturer terms, or other written agreement applicable to the transaction. Contact LSSI before ordering if those terms are required for your purchasing decision.

Product images and descriptions are informational and may not show every configuration. Installation, integration, compatibility, support, training, and professional services are governed by the applicable accepted scope. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are passed through only as stated by the manufacturer or applicable agreement. LSSI does not create an additional warranty through website content.

The site, portals, Alert² materials, software interfaces, branding, text, graphics, and documentation are owned by LSSI or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, LSSI grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized business purpose. No ownership or license to source code, trademarks, or confidential materials is transferred except under a separate written agreement.

The service relies on third parties including identity, email, file-storage, hosting, payment, manufacturer, and integration providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms. LSSI is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit obligations expressly accepted by LSSI in a separate agreement.

Except as stated in an applicable written agreement, the website and portals are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSSI disclaims implied warranties arising solely from use of the website. The site is not an emergency system and is not a substitute for required life-safety procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Any limitation in a separate signed agreement controls for the products or services covered by that agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LSSI may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, data, systems, or legal rights; address misuse or nonpayment; or comply with law. You may stop using the public site at any time. Account, order, project, and data obligations that by their nature should survive will continue after access ends.

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless an applicable written agreement states otherwise. Courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction for disputes arising solely under these Terms. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order or signed agreement.
