Account and data deletion requests

Use this form to request deletion of your LSSI Technologies account and all personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to submit a request.

What happens next

Submit your name, facility name, account email address, and reason. Your request is sent to Engineering Support at [email protected].

Our team will review the request and may need to verify your identity before removing your account and associated personal data. Submitting this form starts that process; it does not immediately delete your account.

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable agreement.

If you cannot use the form, email Engineering Support with the same details. Do not include passwords, patient information, or other sensitive records.
